No surcharge for remote parts of the UK – just be patience as it might take a day or two longer.
DPD and UPS
We are trialing a DPD and UPS service that deliveries within 2 Days. This is a premium service, but not all orders can go by DPD or UPS (depending on weight and size). If you pay for this service but we can’t deliver it, we will refund the difference between DPD and the Fast Service.
Also please note with DPD or UPS orders, the collection is made around 11:30am (but can come early). We have no control over pick up times. It’s within 2 working days of them collecting the item.
If you pay for a premium service we will try the other service first before choosing one of the other options.
We know allow you to place a pre order for items, which we have had confirmation are coming from our suppliers. These are clearly labelled and have the due date as part of the description. As soon as these arrive into our warehouse, any orders will be dispatched immediately, via the delivery option you asked for.
If your order contains a pre order and an item we have in stock, we will hold the items and ship them all together, this is part of our environmental pledge to be more green. If we can send one parcel rather than two it halves the carbon footprint of the delivery.
However we do also understand sometimes you might need the items urgently, so please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will dispatch the items we have in stock for you.
We are currently trialling delivery to campsites, so that when you arrive, your equipment is ready for you. If you arrive at the campsite and realise you have forgotten an essential item, we can also ship this on an express basis.
Please do contact us if this is a service you’d like to benefit from, and we will let you know whether the campsite you are visiting accepts deliveries.
Where do we ship
Currently, we only ship to mainland UK. We don’t add a surcharge for delivering to remote parts of the UK. All we ask is a bit of patience as it might take a day or two extra.
We are looking to expand further, but with COVID-19 that remains difficult at this time. We will keep you updated as we expand our service.
We know this is important, we want to make sure your new camping equipment arrives quickly and in one piece so we carefully chose the companies we partner with to deliver them to you.
Currently we use a combination of Collect Plus, Parcel Force and DPD. Depending on the size of the order and where it’s going to.
Currently we don’t have the ability to allow you to chose your preferred delivery company but we are working on this.
All our shipping comes from our hub in Doncaster. Once we have dispatched your item, a tracking number will be provided.
If any boxes arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as you can. Even if your new camping equipment is undamaged, we would like to investigate how damage has occurred so that we can raise this with the delivery company.
